How to Use SEO Tools?
Firstly you do login on your WordPress website with credential and open Dashboard like below Image.
Okay, you can open your dashboard simply click on Plugin tab like below image
Secondly click on plugin show right side area show the installed plugin, On top show Add new Button simply click on like below image

Thirdly clicked on Add new open the other new window on right side click on search bar and Search for “YOAST” like below image

Key phrase
Key phrase related to the title, key phrase you have entered mach with meta description, title, article content like heading, sub heading and paragraph.
Meta Description
Meta description is show when people search for your article and some small snippest text show below your title on search page.
SEO Tab
Inside SEO Tab more than one data show like, in SEO tab three color message show.
for instance, You have not use any Inbound or outbound Link SEO show Red text missing outbound links
You should add Meta description only 100 words, SEO show Yellow text, your Meta description too short.
If you have added Proper Meta description SEO show, well write Meta description in GREEN text.
Readability Tab
On readability tab show, information about like your paragraph 300 word long, Consecutive sentence etc.
